We are looking for a highly driven, results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our team and help expand our market presence across all divisions.
Job Summary
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, sourcing tenants for managed properties, driving occupancy rates, generating cleaning and facility management contracts, and strengthening client relationships across all Summitline service divisions.
This role requires a proactive professional with strong field marketing experience, excellent networking skills, and a deep understanding of real estate and service-based business development.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and secure tenants for residential and commercial properties
- Market available properties and maintain strong occupancy levels
- Identify and generate new business opportunities across all company divisions
- Promote cleaning, facility management, and property solutions services to corporate and individual clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, property owners, and business clients
- Conduct field visits, client meetings, and site inspections
- Develop and execute strategic marketing and lead generation initiatives
- Maintain accurate sales pipeline and client follow-up reports
- Support contract negotiations and client onboarding processes
- Represent the company professionally in the market and protect brand reputation
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, Property Management, or related field
- Proven experience in real estate marketing, tenant sourcing, or business development
- Strong understanding of property leasing and client acquisition
- Experience in service sales, corporate sales, or facilities marketing is an added advantage
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Self-driven, aggressive, and target-oriented personality
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong reporting and organizational skills
